A decade ago our company was a small business with a dozen employees, the office and everyday work atmosphere was friendly, familiar. We will do our best to maintain this attitude, this culture of placing the persons first also for the future. At the same time, we will integrate proven practices (innovations in the areas of HR management, organizational hierarchy or operational model) to establish a new corporate culture which is beneficial for our employees, partners and customers.
