FreeSoft Plc. (1037 Budapest, Montevideo u. 8.) hereby informs its investors and the participants of the financial and capital market that a member of the Supervisory (and Audit) Commitee has resigned.

Iván Kovácsics announced his resignation from mmbership of FreeSoft Plc's Supervisory Commitee and from FreeSoft Plc's Audit Commitee, because he has been appointed as presidential adviser in Hungarian Tax and Financial Control Administration (APEH). Reason of his resignation is the existing legislation: he can not be senior official in a private company.

New member or members will be elected to vacant positions on Extraordinary General Meeting of FreeSoft Plc. to be held on 28th July 2010.
