The Announcement of FreeSoft's new acquisition. FreeSoft Plc. acquired 100% of BankSoft Kft.

FreeSoft Plc. (1117. Budapest, Neumann J. u. 1/c.) informs the participant of the financial and capital market that: FreeSoft Plc. acquired 100% of BankSoft Ltd. (www.banksoft.hu).
FreeSoft signed an agreement to acquire 100% of BankSoft. The acquisition will take place after the closure of the ongoing registration at the Registry Court. The transaction will take the form of a swap, paid by newly issued shares, BankSoft shareholders to acquire new FreeSoft shares. FreeSoft therefore enhance the previously communicated strategic target: perform acquisitions which help the company to become one of the leaders of the IT market.
