FreeSoft's new acquisition: BankSoft Ltd. FreeSoft signed an agreement to acquire 100% of BankSoft. The transaction will take the form of a swap, paid by newly issued shares, BankSoft shareholders to acquire new FreeSoft shares. FreeSoft therefore enhance the previously communicated strategic target: perform acquisitions which help the company to become one of the leaders of the IT market.
